Quick Hints:

• Your USER ID is your 9-digit Kwantlen student or employee ID number.
• Your PIN is 6 – 10 numeric or alpha-numeric characters (it must contain at least one number).
• If this is your first time logging in, your PIN is your birthdate in the format DDMMYY.
• If you cannot remember your PIN, enter your USER ID and click the Forgot PIN? button.

Disabled Accounts

If you attempt to log in more than five times, and are not successful, your account will become disabled. To have your account enabled, you must contact Enrolment and Registrar Services (students) or the IET HelpDesk (employees).
